My cats are litter mates, and as kittens they were almost impossible to tell apart. Their nickname is "the bastards". It's an affectionate nickname (most of the time), though I'll not go into why they're called that. I will say that it's extremely funny to go to the grocery story with your husband and say aloud, "We need to buy some food for the bastards." The looks we get! :-)
